Sales Supervisor


 

Sealy Mattress Middle East, an operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a family-owned company, Sealy Middle East has a long-standing partnership with Sealy Inc. dating back to 1990. Today, Sealy Middle East is a prime participant in Sealy global product offering and market share player. Our mission is to provide high-end bedding products in the Arab world, and our Sales Supervisor will play a vital role in achieving this goal. The successful candidate will manage a team of sales representatives and will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales representatives and motivate them to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and preferences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and prepare reports on sales performance
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure that the sales team provides excellent customer service to all clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • At least 25 years of age
